One of the issues mentioned in Law 4342/2015 is the obligation of large businesses to carry out energy audits in their premises, with the first deadline of 31/12/2018.
The spirit of this obligation is essentially to wake up businesses (starting with large ones) to deal with energy saving and lead to the reduction of energy consumption and thus reduce the operational costs of the business.
